Their journey continued as they travelled to Barcelona. Recognizing the immense potential of these jackets as so much more than a coastal product, they purchased a few more. Inspired by their experience, they took the plunge and became the exclusive reseller of the brand for Southern & East Africa.

Flash forward 4 years, and the business has imported over 70 000 jackets from Batela Spain. To date, Batela jackets are stocked in 65 beautiful stockists located across South Africa and online, as well as in Lesotho, Namibia and the Seychelles.
