Batela Vault Sale Terms & Conditions

Thank you for joining us for the Batela Vault Sale! All items are heavily marked down for clearance and sold under the following terms:
 
FINAL SALE

  • All purchases made during the Vault Sale are final. Purchases to be made in person; the offer does not extend to online purchases.
  • No refunds, no returns, and no exchanges will be accepted on any items sold.
  • Please inspect items carefully before purchasing. Staff are available to assist with sizing and product questions.


Condition of Goods

  • Items are sold “voetstoots”, which means they are sold as is, including any visible or disclosed imperfections.
  • By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have had a reasonable opportunity to inspect the goods and are satisfied to purchase it in the condition in which it was displayed at the Vault Sale.


Consumer Protection Act Notice
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA):

  • This sale does not exclude your right to return a product if it is defective in a way that was not visible or disclosed at the time of purchase.
  • However, returns will not be accepted for:
    o    Change of mind
    o    Incorrect size
    o    Dislike of colour/style
    o    Any issue that was visible or disclosed at the time of purchase 


Payment

  • All sale items must be paid for in full at the time of purchase.
  • No reservations, lay-bys, or holds on Vault Sale stock.
  • All purchased items must be taken on the day.

 
RIGHT OF ADMISSION RESERVED 
We reserve the right to refuse service or entry at our discretion to ensure a safe and fair experience for all.
For the cleanliness of our space and products, kindly refrain from bringing food or drinks into the store.

 
INDEMNITY
Batela Trading, the operators of the Batela Vault Sale, have leased out the premises at 14 Kramer Road for the duration of the Vault Sale. 
As such, Batela is simply a short-term tenant of the premises, and neither indemnifies any and all visitors/customers/suppliers/third parties for any loss, damage, costs or harm suffered, incurred or sustained while visiting the Vault Sale and/or the premises except where brought about by the gross negligence on the part of Batela Trading.
 
By proceeding with a purchase, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms.
